Damaged returned parts must contact Sunbelt Solar and request an RMA number.

Used or installed parts may not be returned.

Returns must be pre-approved(contact us first) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Buyer pays return shipping.

Items may be returned within 30 days with valid sales receipt unless otherwise noted.

Item(s) must be in new condition with complete original packaging and manuals to qualify for a refund.

Item(s) damaged during return transit are the responsibility of the customer; the customer must file a claim with their carrier for a refund.
